Preamble

Law and Order is an important community wide issue which needs careful consideration to ensure the rights of the community and victims come before the rights of the offenders.

Position

• Support the introduction of non-lethal items for self defence

• Continue to oppose Pandemic related Mandates and Lockdowns.

• Review of sentencing practices to ensure that the punishment is in line with community expectations.

• Oppose any attempt to raise the age of criminal responsibility.
